At InfoTalk, we provide our customers with excellent technical support to meet individual customer requirements. There are two tiers of technical support services, Basic Level and 7x24 Level.

Our Basic Level technical support services meet our customers' general maintenance needs. Our customers have access to our technical experts during local office hours. They will be provided with regular software updates and upgrades.

The 7x24 Level technical support services provide round-the-clock support and maintenance services to our customers. Customers subscribed to the premium 7x24 service can reach our technical experts at any time day or night, in addition to the Basic Level support services.
